Refinance Loan Officer

The refinance loan officer position is an inside sales position. All loan officers are provided company generated leads through the BAMC marketing program. Loan officers are responsible for providing mortgage services to applicants and prospective customers seeking home financing. Responsibilities include structuring and locking loans, following up on leads, taking applications, and providing excellent customer service. All processing and underwriting decisions are completed in-house within a team based atmosphere. In addition, all loan officers are expected to conform to investor and company guidelines regarding each loan request.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12-months of retail mortgage banking experience
Lending environment experience required
Proficient with Desktop Underwriting (DU) and LOS desired
Strong oral and written communication skills (specifically over the telephone, email and internet)
Highly organized, must work well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
Positive attitude and a team player
100% Customer Service Attitude toward internal and external customers
